因為懶惰 所以跑步中斷了蠻久的時間
大約在2014-2015間很愛跑
不過跑量也不高啦 最高不超過130吧
參加完2015東京馬後就比較少跑了
那時最佳成績 10k 43分左右 半馬97分 全馬4小時1x分
今年又漸漸的開始跑起來
但找不回之前的感覺
速度方面 硬撐5k大約4分40左右就不行了
距離也跑不到半馬就沒力了 大約15~18k就腿軟
現在目標11月跑全馬賽事
不知道這幾個月該怎麼訓練才能跑完
同時成績也不要太差 希望sub4以內
想請各位前輩指導一下 謝謝
