全馬或半馬抉擇 - 路跑 Road Running

我是一個從4月底才開始跑步的新手,之前只有打籃球而已,現在也從來沒有跑過任何課
表,單純就是把跑步當成一個抒壓的方式,所以每天跑,幾乎沒有一天中斷,從6月購入
跑錶後才有紀錄,目前紀錄如下
5月:約250km
6月:321km
7月:405km
8月:421km(目前)
我的速度大概就是以最大心率的60%-80%,目前大概是6:20-6:30一公里的速度去跑,7、8
月比較閒,所以跑量比較多,大概是晨跑12k加上晚上跑個5k,每週一次LSD(21k起跳,
目前可以到24k),9月後比較忙,大概每天11k加週末LSD,月跑量會落在350km,11月報了
二水半馬,此外沒有其他賽事,所以我想請教各位大大,如果想再報個台北馬,若只求完
賽,不被關門,可以報全馬嗎?還是半馬就好?感謝各位的解惑(手機排版亂,請見諒)

來跑的負擔比較輕,隔天比較想繼續去跑,所以我只有最後1

已經很好了。建議可以評估其他細節如步頻步幅。這樣
的增量有點太快了,很難確定是靠肌力撐起的還是靠骨
本撐起的,可以自己錄影去看一下。我是覺得先不用急
著試30k, 在同樣的時間內增加里程也是一個選項

前的問題最嚴重的可能是步頻太慢,才160而已,這應該跟
身高無關?我身高182,體重71,這應該是我現階段的功課吧

賽了(當然之前有跑過8場全馬),但我之前準備全馬月跑量
平均100k配速5:40~6:00心率第一區間,全馬成績最快3:
58,大部分都集中在4:10~4:30,建議你第一次跑就用平
常輕鬆的配速順順完成即可,依你的跑量配6分速左右,大
約可以4:15~4:30完賽,加油,記得每小時都要吃碳水化
合物補給比較不會撞牆,每站補給站也記得都要喝水或運動
飲料
