各位前輩好:
小弟最近幾個月的跑量都約有220左右,目前的PB是台北馬的3'38。
希望能在3/19號的萬金石跑進3'30,訂了以下的課表。
想請問各位前輩,課表是否有不足或需加強的部分,請不另指教
周課表如下:
一. 輕鬆跑: E配速10K
三. 間歇跑: 800M *10趟 (配速4'10,
間休3分20秒) 或
配速跑: E配速2K + M配速8K +
E配速2K
四. 輕鬆跑: E配速10K
六. 長跑: E配速28K 或
E配速20K + M配速10K
小弟的PB如下:
5K : 20:00
10K: 44:53
21K: 1:36:42
42K: 3:38:00(2016台北馬)
分段24:40/24:33/24:35/25:53/
25:22/25:43/26:07/27:40/14:00
