I really think it's a blessing that I'm back here.

我深深覺得我可以回來是上帝的祝福。

I think it's only right to know once I announced my retirement I felt like
the basketball part of my life was over.

我只知道當我宣佈我的退休時，我的確覺得我的籃球身涯結束了。

And you know, I always thought once that day came that I would be sad.

而大家也知道，我始終認為當那天到來時我會很感傷。

But you know, once I did it I was happy, because I could give my wife and my
kids something that I hadn't been able to give'em because of the NBA
lifestyle, and I was done.

然而當我做了這個選擇時我很開心，因為我可以給予我的老婆跟小孩那些我曾經因為NBA
的生活模式而無法給予他們的，而我現在可以了。

I got a call from my agent that said I might be able to come back home, and
you know this an opportunity, situation that I couldn't turn down.

當我接到經紀人的電話通知我有機會可以回家(費城)，你也知道這是個我無法拒絕的機會
與情況。

My wife was all in for it and my kids were as well.

我的老婆全力支持而我的小孩也是。

Like I said this is a great day for me, because I have fans all over the
world, and I appreciate my fans in Denver and my fans in Memphis and my fans
in Detroit.

就像我說的，這天對我而言太美妙了，因為我有來自世界各國的粉絲，我也感謝丹佛的粉
絲、感謝孟斐斯的粉絲、感謝底特律的粉絲。

But the relationships that I have with these fans are like no other I think
in sports; I have a love for them, and they love me and it's evident.

When I had the opportunity to come back here...I couldn't turn it down, and
I'm just...happy.

*Q1: Now where do you think these emotions come from, as it's been going on
this past year?

*Q1：請問你覺得這些情緒從哪裡來的？是過去一年所發生的種種嗎？

The Answer:
I'll be lying if I said that it didn't bother me, because um...I think I
created a, with the mistakes that I made in my life, I created a picture of
me that is not me.

戰神：
如果我說這些原因對我沒影響的話，那一定是假的，因為…我以我人生過去所犯過的錯誤
，為自己打造了一個非我的形象。

I did a lot of things when I was young that I'm not proud of, but I think
those things helped me to be the man that I am now.

在我年輕的時候我曾做過續多蠢事，但我深信那些錯誤幫助成就現在的我。

And the last couple years just has been like hell, because all I wanna do is
play basketball and...help the guys that I play with...

而過去的幾年彷彿跟地獄一樣，因為我單單只想打球，也想幫助跟我一起打球的隊員們…



*Q2: How was it you still have skills that you wanna be a different player
today just given the...(雜音干擾聽不清楚)...is?

*Q2：你如何確信自己在今日還有能力跟技巧成為一位與眾不同的球員？

The Answer:
Now I was born to be a basketball player, and you know, the only thing that I
can do and that I'm better at than basketball is been a father and a husband.

戰神：
我打從出生就注定要打籃球，而大家也知道，我唯一能做的比打球更好的就只有當一位稱
職的老公跟父親。

But other than that, that's what I can do, if I couldn't play basket ball at
the level that I'm accustomed to, then I wouldn't have made this decision.

但除此之外，我也沒有其他的了。如果我無法以自己習慣的水平打球，那我也不會做出這
樣的抉擇。

I don't...don't want to come back and embarrass myself, you know I know I can
play, and, I'm gonna prove that.

我也不想回來讓自己顏面盡失；你我都清楚我還能打，而我會證明這一切的。
