健身房的跑步機 - 路跑 Road Running

平常在操場跑習慣了,這陣子因工作的關係,加上附近沒有一個比較適合的地點可以慢跑
就直接在社區裡的健身房用慢跑機慢跑了
但不知道是不是健身房空調的關係,平常在操場跑4K游刃有餘
換成這邊跑4K就感到胸悶,就是那種停下來就會想吐的感覺
且汗也飆得比較多,多到衣服都可以擠出汗來...(噁)
不知道各位有沒有這樣的經驗?
另外如果碰到上述胸悶的感覺,該怎麼讓自己比較快舒適起來?
倒是其實有養成慢跑的習慣,也已經養成很長的習慣了,前陣子試跑3K
但一直跑不到15分內(弱雞一枚),是可以再跑快一點
但身體告訴我再跑快一點,可能就會像上述一樣胸悶想吐的感覺...
想瞭解一下在慢跑過程中,除了不要刻意在意呼吸的規律
碰到呼吸感到急促(久了就會有胸悶的類似狀況),是否就是表示肺活量還不夠的關係?
爬過文聽說練間歇比較有效果?
