我是個國中生{男},身高154.5體重46,每2天都會用啞鈴{8磅},做三角肌、三頭肌、二頭肌,訓練還有握力棒{65cm},運動差不多2小時,運動完休息一下後{30分鐘}之後喝500CC牛奶,但是至少持續1年了,現在肌肉線條卻不是很明顯。該怎麼做?
