我最近正在減肥身高164CM體重77KG已經減肥差不多一個多月了之前用的方法好像不是很正確就是吃的很少而且挑選的食物熱量又很低常常因為這樣餓肚子然後又感覺沒什麼瘦下來後來變計算食物的熱量多少大卡然後去分配早午晚餐讓每天差不多吃下去的熱量在1200~1400大卡加上每天都慢跑4KM可是我不知道我�
