〔記者許明禮、田瑞華、高嘉和／綜合報導〕體委會運動設施處長李高祥昨天表示，
近來不少健身中心打出「終身會員」促銷手法吸引消費者入會，衍生許多爭議，
體委會未來在修訂健身房（體適能中心）定型化契約範本時，在應記載事項中
將明訂不得有終身會員。
李高祥強調，無論從產業更新的角度或台灣中心企業平均存續時間，健身中心業者
與消費者簽訂的長期契約不宜超過10年，最長應以7年為限，對消費者權益比較有
保障。
消基會昨日指出，金牌健身中心本月8日起由加州健康事業接手經營，十多位消費者
申訴，當初入會時繳了可享月費折扣的「3萬元」，但若選擇終止合約，卻無法退費；
如果移轉成加州會員，卻不能使用加州其他分店，好似「次等會員」；體委會對此
表示，將深入了解來龍去脈。
加州健身俱樂部則解釋，舊金牌會員假如要使用加州其它據點，就無法適用原優惠
價格；至於所謂「3萬元」問題，這是原金牌的契約內容，加州並未參與、也不清楚
，將再行瞭解。
