還是個國一正在讀書的女孩:)對於自己的身材很不滿意.身高:164.5體重:55:)想要慢慢減到45~50.能否請專業的^^甚至有經驗的告訴我~~該如何做最健康也不會影響到正常作息的減肥方法^^?食物方面^^我沒有辦法很仔細的調整.畢竟我不是弄菜的人:)所以我希望能從其他各方面!!不管生活作息.運動.還是什麼....我都
