本人大約164點多公分體重60公斤國三生!4月中就要去買高中的制服所以想要利用這兩個月減肥因為想要有完美的高中制服哈哈^^個人想要瘦到52~55公斤這樣這樣會不會一下子瘦太多?!如果55公斤是不是看起來還是很胖...?像這樣將近165公分的身高大約要幾公分是最好看的?請有經驗人教我兩個月的瘦身方法謝��
