我是高2生身高:163.6體重85~90我想要瘦到60KG不要跟我講吃什麼什麼藥成藥我都不太相信我也沒錢可以購買我想要的是自然的減肥從飲食配合運動的我幾乎天天喝水很少喝飲料只是正餐因為上課幾乎都吃外面的有人可以建議減肥食譜?運動建議一天多久?因為我要配合一下時間
