最近又想要減肥啦啦啦!所以打算運動來減肥…可是冬天養成的胃口卻讓我還蠻煩惱的…每次運動完沒多久肚子就很餓…不知不覺就吃很多…最近都去健身房做慢跑+增加質量的重量訓練…還有打籃球…有沒有運動是運動完可以好一陣子不感覺餓的呢?我怕我努力的運動都被我的飢餓打敗了…如果我的飢
