因為右手手腕老是受傷...內側會痛(之前做伏地挺身或PUMP)
做PUMP也沒拿特別重...一邊最重拿3.5而已
我每次都是做完之後才會覺得手腕怪怪的,當下是不會
昨天去推拿,那個醫生真的很厲害,推完就不痛了
只是也很貴,沒健保,看一處500元
他說我手腕力量不夠,如果之後姿勢還是不正確,一樣很容易跑掉...
有教我出力握空拳的方式鍛鍊,但要注意手腕二邊的肌肉要平衡
但是我不會判斷@@?
如果以後要練PUMP的話,要怎麼判斷自己是不是用手腕出力?
什麼樣的姿勢才是正確的???
奇怪的是,如果說都用手腕出力的話,為什麼左手沒事@@
