做"魚式"想吐 - 瑜珈 Yoga

我已經練瑜珈兩年以上了
但每次只要遇到頸部動作就是罩門,一直無法克服
例如:後彎 --> 頭頸根本沒辦法放下
反棒式 --> 頭頸下得去,但回來很卡
最嚴重的是魚式,幾乎每次做,我都覺得不舒服到很想吐
感覺上像是頸部卡住,氣不順,所以都需要特別用力地呼吸
我試過讓胸腔上提更多,但仍舊呼吸不順
每次做完魚式後的想吐,可以嚴重到讓我整堂課都不舒服
想問各位
我的魚式做錯了嗎?還是我心肺功能有問題?
(昨天去慢跑才兩千五,就一陣白光,差點休克)
