我是個高一下16快17的男生身高165體重65公斤我想在3個月之內減除最多10公斤但不想用任何藥物我目前是早上:生薑紅茶水綜合果汁各一杯中午:寒天果凍類的大約1瓶200卡內晚餐:普通的家庭晚餐早上7:00~8:00體能訓練下午5:00~6:00游泳我想要長高但又兼顧能減除多餘體脂肪請問我這樣的飲食有問題嗎?有什麼需��
