休息的日子可以做什麼其他事情 - 路跑 Road Running

最近這兩個月開始跑步,每天大概跑3.5~5K不等
雖然我自己跑都不會讓自己太累,加上自認自己的體重對膝蓋應該是沒什麼負擔
(177/54,超瘦QQ)
不過為了以防萬一一個星期還是會休息一天
之前都是休息就真的什麼都不做,但是有在運動之後就覺得不流流汗很不舒服
所以想問休息的時候各位都做什麼替代運動(比較不用用到膝蓋的)或是完全休息
有想要練柔軟度但是我自己不太能拉筋,一覺得痛我就會放過自己,但是有人幫忙就可以
撐滿久的,可是現在邊緣人沒朋友一起運動XD
