: 應該改成仰式出發才對
我記得我是這樣學會的
有一天我在泳池和學長們練習游泳後
由於課程不多所以就問了一下學長
學長這麼說的
"就手抓好池壁 腳指鉤好池邊
想像成自己是一隻蝦子
已經要被吃掉了
用力一跳就好啦
雙手擺頭後縮脖子壓下巴
入水之後鼻子用吐氣
自然的擺動頭部帶動身體蝶腰"
於是我照做兩三遍就會了
