今天去游泳時和一位長輩閒聊,
一起游了一千之後,我請教怎樣游比較不會累,針對長泳的部份,
他給了我一些建議還挺不錯的,就是潛入水中時潛深一點,
然後趁著抬頭出來時漂浮還會再前進一些,
他說就想像海豚出水的樣子,後來自己試試看,還真的飄比較遠!
而且省力,阿伯就是這樣橫渡、海泳的!真是厲害!
跟大家分享!
晨泳好多強者阿伯阿罵,都相當厲害,
我是在宜蘭這邊的龍潭游泳池,相當奇妙,
沒有加氯的游泳池,純天然山泉水,游完後皮膚相當舒服!
而且水溫恆溫的低,忘記是幾度了,冰冰涼涼相當讚啊!
