平時多在健身房有氧
11/27要跑八方雲集的競賽組 開始訓練計畫
前天先試試看體能極限在健身房跑跑步機 大約70分鐘11公里
昨天休息
今天試著去河濱路跑 大約50分鐘7公里!(果然有差)
而且後面20分鐘感覺心肺耐力不夠 呼吸調不順 變成跑跑走走
因為想要鍛鍊身體脂肪使用率 回來後繼續騎了50分鐘健身車才吃晚餐
明天打算在健身房跑步機試試連跑兩小時
後天不跑休息 可能會重訓股四頭肌
星期三嘗試操場LSD
星期四簡單有氧
星期五完全休息
請問這樣的菜單會太操嗎??
我有運動習慣已經很多年了
巔峰時期可以連續有氧兩小時左右
平常都有在爬體適能版 這兩天有爬本版的訓練計畫
有沒有什麼需要改進或觀念錯誤的地方呢?
