五指鞋心得 - 路跑 Road Running

膝蓋以下全爆了....
買來的第一天 按部就班的到操場散步 慢走
純粹去感受前掌著地的感覺 走了七圈有吧 ( 三千以上 )
第二天 下場慢跑
沒感覺到痛苦 但也沒覺得有加分效果
唯一最大的不同就是落地姿勢變了
第三天 小腿發生疼痛
休息了兩天
今天決定不穿五指鞋了 回復一般跑鞋
還是爆了
膝內側跟左腳踝內側嚴重疼痛
到三千就跑不下去了
回版上翻前輩文章 發現姿勢跑法的精義不是在於刻意控制腳掌落地的位置
而是著重在重心的移動 該注意的是腿的抬起 而不是落地
前腳掌落地是結果
初學者的我藉由五指鞋來強迫自己更改姿勢 下場還挺慘的......
請問版上先進
我是不是該把鞋子退掉比較好??! ( 好事多還滿好退的 )
事前沒做好功課 貿然就下場跑 希望不會造成永久傷害....
