之前腳底受傷想再跑步 - 路跑 Road Running

之前有一次跑一小時
平常大概都跑20-30分鐘吧
說是跑一小時
但是也是跑步加走路的
但是我不爭氣的腳就受傷了
好像是腳底筋膜炎之類的吧
休息治療快3周 今天感覺好了
我想再重新跑步的話
有什麼需要注意的地方嗎?
還是直接跑就好了?
請有經驗的大大
給我個意見參考一下
