久沒跑的胖子剩兩個月跑夸父,怎麼練? - 路跑 Road Running

各位好
小弟年齡41,身高168,體重75
已經快十年沒跑了(十年前65公斤)
因為朋友邀請所以準備參加四月的夸父追日
夸父追日:24小時,7K跑三次
所以小弟從一月開始練習
因為本身體重過重,久沒跑,沒肌力,加上喜歡喝酒
第一次只能免強八分速跑完2K,然後持續一周大約跑三次
到一月底,狀況好的時候可以七分速跑完8K
但是膝蓋會不舒服,必須休息三天
原本想說要拚四月底前一口氣跑15K,才有可能跑完夸父
但我覺得應該很難達成一口氣15K
想請問接下來的日子怎麼練會比較有效率呢?
是否增加練跑天數,然後把距離縮短(例如6K)避免膝蓋不舒服??
