中Itbs一陣子,復健科、物理治療也看過好幾次,臀中肌鍛鍊天天做,仍不見起色..
這個月的台南秋季馬,開跑後四公里就有感覺,硬撐著跑走到20k..已經連走都不行了..
版上的文章對於Itbs恢復期有兩種說法,一種是完全停跑做拉筋、滾筒、重訓;另一種則
是少量跑,痛就停、拉筋、滾筒、重訓。
請問中過的朋友,哪一種恢復法比較有效果呢?
