上樓梯肌肉緊繃痠痛 - 路跑 Road Running

各位跑友好
小妹身高156cm
體重48
體脂:24
肌肉:34kg
目前跑步,每次都跑4-5k,步頻大約8左右,體力較好可以到7’30
一周約跑4次,跑完步都會拉筋
也開始做肌力訓練(深蹲+正面撐體)
但不知為何最近開始上樓梯大腿前側都很痠,一種肌肉很緊繃的感覺>”<
請問是甚麼問題呢?
