上完飛輪課,好痛... - 有氧運動 Aerobics

大家好
最近開始加入健身中心的飛輪課,入門款
因為是中途插班,第一次請教練幫我調整坐墊高度和器材
可是,目前上過三次之後,大腿運動本身不會讓我痛苦,流汗的感覺是很好
讓我痛苦的是:
因為手握不太到把手,一邊衝刺騎車又不太能挺直身體,整堂課手痠背痛
更可怕的是,該邊超痛!!!!!
但是教練說,他已經幫我調整到最適合的位置,
如果坐墊再往前,輕易碰到把手,騎車的時候會把重心壓太多在膝蓋,容易受傷
騎平坡還碰不到把手+背痛,可能是我下背的柔軟度不夠,
該邊痛可以坐前面一點,騎習慣之後就會好
版上說的屁股痛、髖關節痛、大腿痛,我都沒有,大腿酸應該很正常吧
總之,每次上課的50分鐘我都在跟自己的該邊奮戰Orz
今天是第三堂課,忍住騎到下課,洗澡時才發現小妹妹整個破皮了...
上廁所痛到想哭= =
實在受不了才來版上請教,請問這是正常的嗎?
可以怎麼調整才不會受傷或是太輕鬆呢?
ps 早上運動前真的要吃點小東西,今天遇上生理期+趕時間沒吃早餐就上課,
洗澡的時候就暈倒在浴室了...還好自己一下子就醒來
