三頭肌酸 - 路跑 Road Running

這個問題其實困擾我滿多年的
從我接觸跑步開始到前幾年跑完的半馬
跑步雖然沒有到每天在跑
但至少每個禮拜都有兩次
一次大概距離三公里左右
每次練跑時都會出現三頭肌那邊會感覺很酸
變成只好藉由揮拳擊向前出拳的動作
來紓減那邊肌肉的不適
不知道是不是跑姿出的問題?
還是三頭及肩、背的肌群訓練不足導致?
