一週後的高雄超半馬 - 路跑 Road Running

去年底硬著頭皮報了高雄美津農25k超半馬,
沒想到轉眼間只剩一個禮拜了…(抖)
接下來一週我只剩兩天的機會練習,
一天可以出門路跑,
一天只能在健身房跑跑步機,
想請教各位神人,
這兩次我應該採取何種練習方式?
先說我目前的狀態,
目前一週約跑兩到三次,
每次會跑40-60分鐘(可以不用停),
距離6-9k不等,
最長距離只跑過13k(1小時30分),
最大的問題是在跑約一小時後,
右邊髖骨會有磨擦感,
按摩師傅說我右腳比較長,
這點不知道貼肌內效貼布能不能改善?
不過基本上都是跑完拉拉筋就好很多,
隔天也不太會有痠痛感,
迄今只參加過一次8k路跑賽,
成績是44分左右,
不過我的garmin 225實測大概只有7.5k,
平常沒出門跑的日子會在家做深蹲,
也會抬壺鈴或跳有氧,
請問最後這星期有沒有什麼大補帖,
可以讓我服用以後功力大增??
