【請益】現在開始準備8/31的Nike路跑,來得及嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

想給自己一個機會,挑戰2008/8/31的Nike Human Race(10KM)。
之前完全沒有路跑的經驗,
目前能跑到的最長距離為3.2KM(@25min @@),
完全沒有把握能否在8/31前,具備90min跑完10KM的能力....
由於報名費不便宜,當然希望自己能在時間內完賽囉~~
想請教版上各位前輩,
後進一週約有四到五天可以跑步,
以後進目前的狀態,是否有機會經由系統化的訓練,
在一個半月後(7/7 => 8/31),達到90min跑完10KM的狀態?
如果有的話,是否能指點訓練的方式?
