橘子小姐在過年期間購入了Wii-Fit,
用了個這莫幾天,大約可以來點心得。
總共分成四個項目:瑜珈、筋肉、有氧、平衡感。
瑜珈跟筋肉都是著重在重心,
跟著螢幕上的教練進行動作,
每個動作的時間跟次數都不多,蠻容易累積成就感。
(看到自己出現『筋肉大王級』我都快流淚了,
我這個肌力滷肉腳耶)
有氧有呼拉圈、踏板跟跑步,
呼拉圈很累,很容易流汗;踏板非常簡單(還不分級! 齁!);
跑步就是原地跑手握搖桿跑。
平衡感就是些小遊戲。
運動量都很輕,輕鬆可以完成。
一樣一樣進行下來,一天大概可以多做個20~30分鐘左右的運動,
還可以把自己每天額外的運動量一起加進去計算,
最後再來個每天的體重測量跟BMI。
對咱們有上健身房運動的人們來說,
運動量一定是不夠的,
但在沒有上健身房的時候,多多少少做一點,
可以降低自己的罪惡感 XD
