runkeeper徵跑友 - 路跑 Road Running

誠徵runkeeper跑友,

就是一個最近肚子的油多到覺得有點空間不足,飯都吃不太下,
終於決心開始運動,跑得慢又跑不久的菜鳥,
希望能徵到可以互相鼓勵,和我一樣跑不快(XD)的跑友,
Road_Running版的大家都跑好快,
po在這裡好像在向金城武徵友一樣,壓力好大啊..
以下是自介文:
一開始是在版上看到明年的鹿野馬拉松開始報名了,
想想這段路很漂亮,如果真的要跑,這也是個很值得回憶的開始,
與其立志(然後總是失敗..)一個星期至少運動一次,
不如不管三七二十一的先報名吧,為了怕到時候死在半路上,一定會逼自己動的!
在170/60 BMI=21 但是量起來體脂肪32%,骨骼筋率26%,
前十二個月運動的總距離不超過15 km的情況,半馬就給它報下去了..
報完之後,做為一個先講究不傷身體的阿宅,
很快就在ptt和mobile01上找到很多教學資料,
再配合runkeeper免費的Beginner Half Marathon to finish的training program,

16週的訓練結束時間剛好在比賽前兩星期,訓練主旨就是:
The goals of the plan are simple:
1) build your mileage and running endurance slowly
so you can progress each week without getting injured;
2) get you to the race healthy and excited to run fast; and
3) train you to finish the race smiling and proud of your performance,
not crawling across the line.
最後還說:you can never run too slow on an easy training day.
這個課表上根本就寫了我的名字嘛,
老天爺都幫我把路鋪好了,不跑對不起人家!
目前從慢慢增加心肺功能和耐力做起,
只求按照課表,明年能健康平安快樂的跑完,
成績什麼的,這種浮雲就不是我能掌握的。

平常有點懶,但是覺得有個人可以互相砥礪好像也不錯的跑友,
