法門萬萬種,
專注的靜坐法在修練上,當然就是讓你愈來愈專注。
放水流看著一個個念頭過去的當旁觀者,就能讓你愈來愈豁達。
放空的,真能夠空下來,當然就是愈來愈能夠空靜。
取諸何者,要看你所為者何。
無所求的,當然隨便你高興哪個都好。
走佛的,白骨觀等當然有助於你常常將自己抽出於形體之縳,
但是未必能幫你入定空無。
走仙宗的,聽皮膚法可能可以讓人覺察自身週遭與皮膚上的感受,
進而強化或許有助於氣感的感覺,
但是未必能幫你在任督上有什麼助益。
特別是在仙宗這種有層次性修練,沒有師傳不可能入門的對身體的修練。
也許有人會說,那就用放空的靜坐就好了,
問題是,你真的靜得下來嗎?能靜多久,又能成功幾次?
還有重最要的,你為什麼要靜坐。
正反不要落入舊時相互攻訐那種,
有的好說別人是守屍鬼,有的愛罵別人是清靈之鬼。
然後路過一個認為死了也只是回歸本性自然的人,
覺得你們都很無聊,人生得意須盡歡啊。
文字和實踐之間,還是有很大差別的。
