Hello again everyone :)
Well, today wasn't my best tennis, but I was able to beat Chang, 64 36 60. I
didn't know how she played beforehand and she was playing well, hitting the
ball hard and deep. I was up 1-0, 40-0 in the second set then got into a
little bit of trouble when she came back and won that set, but I played much
better and more aggressively in the third. I felt much better in my first
match. Today the conditions were hot and the ball was flying pretty fast, and
of course it's worse when you play someone you've never played. I hadn't even
played her in doubles. But I'm happy I won and I'm just ready for my next
match now!
After warming up with Ula this morning I waited a long time to go on the
court! There were some long, tough matches before me, and I listened to
almost all the songs on my iPod while I waited. It's better to have a match
go 63 62 before you and you go on - that's perfect. And especially here I'm
still feeling jetlagged, even though I've been here for a week. But at least
it wasn't a night match. I'd probably be asleep... but you've got to take
your butt and get up!
Normally if I'm waiting I also like playing cards. I don't have anyone to
play with today but my coach is coming in tonight, in a few hours, so we'll
play this week for sure. It's pretty fun. I like poker. But I have been
having fun with my sister until now. We're doing fine. Now time for some of
your questions :)

A lot of players are superstitious about looking at the draws. Do you look at
them or do you avoid them? Leo
I don't really look at the draws. For example today, I know who I'm playing
next from the press :) It's going to be either Sam or Sabine. They're both
very good players and are both playing very well. I have nothing to lose. I
hope it'll be a good match against whichever one - I don't know who will win
between them...
What is your favorite way to do your nails? April
I am doing a pretty new thing lately, it's called Cracking Nail Polish. You
put normal nail polish on then put the cracking one on top, and it cracks by
itself. It's very cool. I just did mine like that yesterday. I change my
nails every four days, and it depends on how many matches I play too. I'm
obsessed with my nails. There's no chance of finding a picture of me without
a manicure!
