由於許多鍛煉者十分重視鍛煉後卡路里的燃燒量,許多鍛煉者也喜歡問詢卡路里消耗量的
問題,在這裏我們特別公佈我們就les mills身體鍛煉系統課程進行的對比測試結果。這
一測試是由奧克蘭大學的unisport進行的,這是一次小樣本測試(測試者包括3個男性,3
個女性),測試的目的是測定參加課程後卡路里的燒量。下表中的資料並不包括鍛煉後能
量消耗(epoc),因此實際的卡路里消耗量應高出10%~20%。
