因為Body Combat真的上到很疲乏,導致我愈來愈不想去運動了
已經有快半年的時間,運動頻率從一週四~五次,降到只剩一~二次。
體重當然也直線上升啦,加上最近身體出了點問題,雖然不知道這跟體重上升有沒有關係
還是年紀大太少運動,身體給的警迅 =_=
所以想說試試階梯。很久以前念書的時候,有上過幾堂蔡忻琳老師的階梯啦,不過年代久
遠早忘了階梯的口令了。之後上健身房也都沒上階梯
之前有想說要去上站前早上十點的初級階梯(忘記是Nelson還是Jackie)。但是星期日
通常會外出,所以也沒去上。剛去看了課表,星期日站前早上那堂階梯不見了@@
平日時間的晚上,看來看去只有統領晚上十點那堂Jason Huang的初級階梯
爬過板上的文,似乎這位老師不是很適合初學者@@
加上老師屬於會下場看學生會不會跳的...感覺會很有壓力。我這個人臉皮薄很容易緊張
讓我不知道該不該去上Jason的階梯...........
如果真的都跟不上的話,Jason走下台來,會對跟不上的學生說什麼啊???
初學者去上他的課,是不是真的都跟不太上 =_=?
有看到有版有說他的口條...是哪裡比較特別??
