我來分享我的方法
這個方法目前跟我同學講過,他照做後也在一個月內好了
先說我曾經用過但沒效的東西
就是髕骨帶,這個東西我買過單一的、連大腿的,都沒用
里程一到就會開始痛,我的狀況是6KM左右

進入正題
首先,請馬上去看復健科,醫生會給你消炎止痛的藥
這個請你 一 定 要 吃,我自己又去藥房買了一樣的藥
一天四次,沒痛不代表你好了,組織其實還在發炎狀態
如果飯後有按時吃藥,兩小時候運動就不會不舒服了
每天持續去復健,買狼牙棒來滾,
腳交叉身體往前彎下,痛的那隻腳在後以腳外緣為支點腳掌心些微離地抬起
用這樣來鬆弛外側韌帶
就這樣持續吃藥復健拉筋訓練,不到一個月就完全沒感覺兩年來也沒復發
要注意的是,如果訓練中又疼痛請馬上停止,回家休息吃藥復健
當然也可以不吃藥全休三個月半年等他好
請記的再發作初期馬上看醫生消炎止痛,拖越久越難好
