人在海外工作有固定跑步的習慣
大約在半年前右膝外側發生劇烈尖銳痛感
查了網路之後覺得自己是中了ITBS
用了滾輪按摩也買了髕骨加壓帶在使用後就完全沒事了
2個星期前因為放假所以跑步習慣停了兩個星期
昨天前天跑步疼痛感又回來了
請問是不是沒運動所以骼脛束又緊回去了呢?
