身高:158體重:56BMI:22.43年齡:23我每天都運動40分(踩踏部機2300)吃的方面有盡量控制不吃太油但有時吃完晚餐約10點多會想吃忍不住會暴食救救我,我從來沒瘦過==我該如何減肥至49KG((我會確實執行的))如何抑制晚上會想吃東西的情況
