Golden State forward Draymond Green is known as an emotional player, but he's
not going to let a Houston reporter catch him slipping by bringing up a
sensitive subject.

Between Games 3 and 4, a reporter asked Green about the flood the city of
Houston went through last week. Green talked about how tragic it was and
mentioned that he was praying for the city.

After the Warriors' 121-94 win at Toyota Center on Sunday, the same reporter
asked Green another awkwardly worded question about the flood. Green wasn't
having any of it.

but you're not because I feel sorry for the people of Houston. People are
losing their homes, losing their cars, losing their lives, losing loved ones
and you're trying to get a controversial statement out of me about the 3s
we're hitting. I know what you're getting at, but you're not getting that out
of me."

Green wasn't done. He went on to mention the $500,000 Rockets owner Leslie
Alexander donated to the city for flood relief efforts, then continued to
admonish the reporter.

According to CNN's Ray Sanchez, at least eight people have died as a result
of heavy rainfall and flooding in and around Houston.

I have been following what has been going on in Houston, and it's very sad
seeing that people have been losing their cars and their homes are damaged. I
heard a couple of lives have been lost. That is tough. I am not sure what the
problem is. I am not sure if their [draining] system is not right. Hopefully,
it's something they can get corrected pretty soon.

我聽到關於在休士頓發生過的事情了, 看到人們失去他們的車子, 家園受損真的令人哀傷

或許這就是美國媒體們的自律高標準, 我替我自己一直找這記者國籍感到汗顏....
