E配速與E心率問題請教 - 路跑 Road Running

用了耐力網訓練計畫,目前跑力值28,建議E配速為8:01/KM,E心率為140-159,用E心率跑?
爬了國峰老師的文章,建議以心率為主,小弟目前是照著心率跑,請問各位大大都是看心率
所以通常是以心率為主?配速為輔?
