就是最近想減肥每晚都仰臥起坐...坐了好幾天ˋ有關復部運動抬起就有點痛就忍著..還是說我做過頭??(做100下空中腳踏+剪刀腳50+仰臥起坐50)這樣算還好還是激烈@@?月經來了還要繼續運動還是暫時不要動等過後在繼續比較好還是...?
