請教各位大大:
我(男、大學生)要參加運動會,時間還有一個月。想要跑到2:20以內,高中可以跑2:35,最近練習跑400休息4分鐘跑4趟,每圈從65降到78,心跳跟大腿負荷蠻大的!另一次跑400休息5分鐘跑4趟,每圈75~78,大腿有點酸,請問應該如何訓練較合適?
