5000m想練間歇請教 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,先介紹一下自己跑齡1年4個月
月跑量約50K~60K
第一年幾乎都跑10K為主,一個禮拜約2次
今年三月後10K終於跑進50分內,就少跑10K
想說專跑個5K就好,每周2~3次這樣,原因是省時!
原本想說5000M衝一下可以跑進24分內!
但是目前最好是24m12s,除非燃燒小宇宙不然
要進24分內是不可能
自己練習測速3KM跑14:15s;4km免強5km就暴了
前3KM跑慢一點14:40s後面也是吃不進去24分內
今天第一次想說練間歇
跑操場外圈第一圈開始450m110秒;慢跑休一圈重複4次(8圈)
9.10圈持續慢跑(因為沒體力)11圈最後衝刺,剛好也跑5000m
最後練完是25m12s蠻接近平常跑的時間,這樣練法有用嗎?
因為11月要參加5000接力,希望能穩穩跑個23m30s
