4km後腳會痛 - 路跑 Road Running

作息: 半夜1點多睡~中午10點左右 (待業中)
附註: 扁平足
跑前會作個基本熱身5~10分鐘
跑後休息半小時 會去吃晚餐(豆漿+蛋餅or飯團)
這3個月開始慢跑,4km(操場10圈)大概是我的極限了,
但其實我的體力還夠,只是膝蓋跟腳底板會開始很痛。
昨天撐到11圈,腳己經痛到快不能走,馬上坐著休息、按摩大約20分鐘後才正常
我的速度算非常慢的,很想把距離拉長一點,可是腳真的不太行
想請教版友們,我這種情況應如何改善呢?
是肌耐力不夠的關係? 還是要去訂作鞋墊好?
