3個月後台鐵測驗的準備? - 路跑 Road Running

台鐵筆試考完了,會不會過不知道?
不過早點準備總是好的XD
所以趕快來這邊請教一些跑步的疑問?
先介紹一下自己狀況:
1.年紀24 體測時25 身高178 體重96 無疑是個肥仔......
2.大三時有運動習慣,之後退伍,工作性質為坐辦公室.
導致體重往上飆升,體力大降......
3.從6/21號開開始練習→10/16路跑測驗
中間約有11X天時間
4.每天運動時間大致上為下午3點~7點這段時間都可以
目標:
希望能跑到1200M 5分20秒內 <~~比較安心
自己的規畫:
前面30天慢慢跑,先拉長跑的距離,跑3休1的節奏,每天約花1.5~2小時, (含走跑熱身)
剩下的天數開始以1200M的距離下去練習,每次要求自己越跑越少秒,
1200M跑完之後,持續慢跑訓練,一樣跑3休1,每天花1.5~2小時,
(含跑走熱身)
就這樣直接練習到最後,體測前面一天休息。
以上前面60天都會在河堤跑,剩下時間可能會去學校操場跑。
其餘方面:
自己也知道體重真的太重,所以飲食方面我也會控制,
至於控制的方法這兩天我會去網路上找方法......囧
但聽說如果一次降太多是不是反而會影響體力?
這點想請問一下該注意的地方有哪些?
大概這樣,我上面的計畫,有沒有需要改進的地方?
