關於路跑訓練 - 路跑 Road Running

各位版友大家好~
原本沒有路跑的習慣 為了鍛鍊自己的體能 而接觸跑步
性別:男
身高:168
體重:61
每週跑步天數:1~2 平均一次都跑8~12K 速度配在5~5分半/KM
六月初 朋友找我報名 "峨眉湖路跑"
報名人生 第一場半馬~ 1hr43min 完賽
因為路程蠻多上坡 中間有走一小段 終點前1KM 膝蓋上方 大腿小抽筋
想請教各位跑跑界前輩一些問題
1.關於跑上坡路段 有什麼技巧?? 或是 需要加強鍛鍊的部分?
感覺跑上坡路段 大腿一直出力(!?) 需要做深蹲還是?? 才有辦法增加上坡的耐力/速度
2.平時跑步初期都維持在5分半~6分/KM 等身子熱開後 速度會提升到5分半~5分速最後1~2
KM的時候會嘗試衝看看 大多在4分40~50秒/KM 嘗試這樣的配法 在最後剩下3KM時候開始加
速 不過呼吸跟不上 ~"~
請問 如何讓自己的跑速提升到4分半呢?
重訓??(請問要做哪部分??)
多練短程(5K以內)衝刺呢??
