鍵盤小妹 最近規劃路跑環島
跑齡還未滿一年
練跑的路線主要是北投跑陽投到金山 也挑戰過來回
從住處跑到八里 坐船到淡水再跑回來
還有天母到文大的東山路
參考了五 六個 曾經路跑環島過的強者的遊記
規劃了以下的行程:
Day1 台北市北投區吉利街213巷 – 板橋 – 三峽 – 北橫之星
Day2 北橫之星 – 明池 38.4
Day3 明池 – 四季 38.5
Day4四季-南山部落 10.6
Day5 南山-環山部落 33.5k
Day6 環山 - 梨山 14.3
Day7 梨山 - 武嶺- 38.6k
Day8 武嶺-洛韶慈惠堂 49.9
Day9洛韶慈惠堂-新城 48.8
Day10 新城 – 吉安
Day11 – 休息
Day12吉安 – 光復 44.2
Day13光復 – 玉里 47.9k
Day14 玉里 – 池上 - 44.1k
Day15 池上 – 關山 17.9k
Day16 關山 – 台東市 49.7k
Day17 台東市 – 大武 58.2k

要完成不太容易 但我也想要挑戰自己的極限 (攤手)
一個人背3L的水袋背包 長袖衣物 防曬 手機 相機 充電器 證件 錢包
食物方面 仰賴沿途補給 或乞討 (?)
住宿 過了花東之後 就隨遇而安了
沒意外應該也會在雨幕中行進
小妹我是鼓起很大的勇氣才敢在這po文的
