[賽前練習]
每週平均3次,每次10K
賽前2天休息
[裝備]
有換新鞋:美津濃R17 (跑前只穿過練跑3次)
有換新襪子:nike running 厚短襪
其他:拿手機跑
[以前紀錄]
半碼總是在2小時候,可之前能練不夠+體重太重
[心得]
1.
早上早餐吃太多 飯糰+蛋餅+10元生活綠茶(4:30am食用)
起跑時肚子怪怪的,下次打算只吃蛋餅就好...
2.
半馬沒送便當...反而10K的東西比較有價值...有餐盒+有競賽衣+有獎牌
餐盒麵包也太隨便...難以下嚥,另外送牙膏?還中國製的(圖利廠商?)
,如果牙膏是宋蘇酸定的應該會被接受..送雞精倒是不錯!
3.
可能太久沒參賽了,第一次看到有捐晶片..根據前面板友文章
怕有些詐騙集團也來充當慈善單位來收晶片,建議主辦單
位定點開幾個帳篷固定捐就好,以防詐騙
4.
成績網路上查,無法得知個人分組排名,且網路上只能查德成績,
沒有類似能製作成獎狀的頁面
5.現場卡通人物多還不錯,還有神秘客拜託寫問卷,
寫完還送50元全家禮券...應該多寫幾張 哈
希望高雄馬25km 能進步,還有萬金石馬
