我希望一個半月瘦4~8公斤,無法做到的條件:1.不花錢(我還是學生)2.睡眠最多6~7小時(要看書)3.飲食,最多不喝飲料不吃宵夜吃少點(吃的東西無法得知)4.運動,1~5上課和下課會走約15~20分的路程(沒辦法測量)請問,有什麼辦法可以一個半月健康得瘦4~8公斤呢?...Showmore
