2018/19 Premier League squads confirmed

After the closing of the summer transfer window each Premier League club
have submitted a squad list for the 2018/19 season.


Each squad contains no more than 17 players who do not fulfil the "Home
Grown Player" (HGP) criteria. The rest of the squad, up to a total of 25
players, must be "Home Grown".


Each club squad list is below as well as an additional list of each club's
registered Under-21 players who are eligible over and above the squad
limit of 25 players.


== What is a Home-Grown Player? ==


A "Home-Grown Player" means a player who, irrespective of nationality or
age, has been registered with any club affiliated to The Football
Association or the Football Association of Wales for a period, continuous
or not, of three entire seasons, or 36 months, before his 21st birthday
(or the end of the season during which he turns 21).


== Rules on U21 players ==


Under-21 players are eligible over and above the limit of 25 players per
squad. For the 2018/19 campaign Under-21 players will have been born on or
after 1 January 1997.

== Premier League regulations ==


A squad can be up to a maximum of 25 players of whom a maximum of 17 may
not be home-grown players. A reduced squad can be submitted if a club does
not have eight falling into the home-grown category.

In addition to the 25-man named squad, clubs can use an unlimited number
of players aged 21 or under.

An Under-21 player means a player under the age of 21 as at the 1st
January in the year in which the season concerned commences. Under-21
players can be added to the squad during the season.
