從9/10開始 幾乎每天早上都會運動一小時 有時候連上兩小時
項目:YOGA BALANCE HI-LOW 剛開始上課汗水幾乎都是滴的
但是最近不知道是因為天氣關係 反而都沒什麼汗> <
今天量了體重 好難過喔> < 體重沒什麼變
感覺身型有變啦 背後的肉少了很多....(我的肉都是鬆鬆的)
怎麼會這樣勒??體重哪時候會下降勒?
煩惱 .....
PS: 裡面有教練叫我買pt課程 保證我三個月後一定滿意我身體狀況和體重
但我已經繳一年會費 要下手..還有點傷荷包 > <
